Where one of our standard mounting bracket solutions just won’t do the job we are able to design dedicated specialist brackets for special applications.

A typical example is shown where we were asked to produce a custom design to allow a 15” rugged monitor to be used on a dissection table in a human anatomy teaching laboratory, the requirement was for a simple to adjust balanced mounting arm that allows medical students of all sizes, degrees of strength and height to adjust a relatively heavy rugged 15” Poseidon touch monitor to the optimum working position enabling the cadaver to be viewed alongside the display which gives tutorials and training on the specific training task to be carried out.

A gas spring balanced mounting arm was the final solution that met the required specification and made the adjustment of the monitor almost weightless enabling any student to adjust the monitor correctly.
